anybody seen my skin?????

Ok so that is what happens when you come screaming around a corner on an old logging road on you quad and find yourself staring at a ford excursion in the middle of the stinking road. Long story short went to Stonyford to ride with a friend of mine and had not one but 2 wrecks that day. The pics are the result of the second one, had to put the quad in the ditch and in the process slid along the nice shale mountainside. After I get out of the ditch the genius in the excursion says "maybe I should be over to the right" UHHHHHHHHHH you think so junior but the good news is the quad is ok :-)

I am going out again on the 17th we are going to chappi mountain up by Lake Shasta, from the pics I've seen it should be really pretty up there this time of year. Here are some more pics from stonyford we went from down in the valley 80 degree temp to top of the mountain and snow.

as you can see it was quite a contrast, had a blast and only got hurt just a little.

Didn't know what title today so ummmmm is it :-) Been a really busy week at work but I think I am finally getting my unit cleaned up. The construction on my nurses station is done and man does granite counters look good on me. lol I feel like I am working in a bank now but I can't get anyone to give me thier money, I wonder how the banks do it.

Went DiscGolfing the otherday and birdied the first hole and the 3rd hole missed 7 other birdies I can't belive how good my drive is I really need to get out and practice putting cause if I get my putt back watch out. Oh the 7 I missed I only hit the basket low so accuaracy is there just need the height.

Went over my calory intake on thursday and started to get stressed about it but then realized I have been doing this for almost 3 months now and that is the first time I went over, so I just drank more water and got on with life. I am down 25.5lbs now in comparison that is the weight of an average 2 year old.

I was thinking the otherday about all this going green crap, I am really sick and tired of everybody jumping on the band wagon just because they think it will make them look good, sell thier product, get them elected or whatever. I think Al Gore should be flogged he is an idiot, besides I think its way to cold outside and we need global warming I like to wear my shorts, we need to drill offshore and more up in alaska, either that or the people who are opposed to these things need to take thier cues and go live like the Omish so there is more for the rest of us who like our luxeries.
